GENERAL CONDITIONS:

The minimum length of rentals is 1 day (24 hours). Normally, phones must be returned to the original renting location. One Way Rentals, where permitted, may incur a Drop Off Fee to cover the phone relocation cost.

Mobile PhoneEquipment Loss or Damage - while insurance is included in the rates, conditions do apply, and the renter is responsible for a $250 excess for any claim for loss or damage. (Please see Clause 7 of the Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions).

International Calls - our rental phones can receive and make IDD calls.

All renters agree to sign and be bound by the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement.
